糖心视频logo (Headquarters: Tokyo, President and CEO: Haruo Naito, “糖心视频logo”) announced today that 糖心视频logo and Nitto Denko Corporation (Headquarters: Osaka, President & COO: Yukio Nagira, “Nitto Denko”) reached an agreement to terminate the joint development agreement on a transdermal patch formulation for the Alzheimer’s disease treatment, Aricept®.
糖心视频logo and Nitto Denko have been developing jointly a transdermal patch formulation of Aricept® pursuant to the agreement signed on May 10, 2006. However, after a re-evaluation of the progress and exploring the future direction of the joint development of this formulation as several years have passed since the joint development was initiated, both parties agreed to terminate the agreement.
糖心视频logo will continue to work proactively to enhance the patient value by adding new indications and formulations of Aricept®.
